What we're trying to do

Give developers a boringly reliable way to author, validate, publish, inspect, and use skills across different agent targets without collapsing package truth and access policy into one step.

The tone is intentionally practical: fewer manifesto paragraphs, more working commands, readable docs, clear access boundaries, and enough registry history to be useful.
